Great people, great service

Over 10 years ago got a quote. Went with competition. Never spoke to them again. Now these clowns are spamming my inbox after not contacting them in over a decade. Do NOT email them unless you enjoy being digitally harassed randomly in the future. 0 respect for your personal contact information and time.

Company has 0 respect for your contact in. Will repeatedly spam your inbox. 11 years ago was when they got my address. Rude an unprofessional to dig up old quotes to digitally harass people who found better deals.

I’ve used Couri Insurance for years great company and service!

Last summer we had to file a claim for a problem with floor damage. We were so pleased with Michael Brede! He made the claim process easy for us and we were very pleased with the repair on our cabin floor. This was all covered by the claim. Thank you so much! You're a wonderful company to do business with!!

I've been with Couri Insurance for over 40 years. Every year I review with an agent my current coverage to make sure that I'm getting the best coverage at the best price. The Couri agents are always helpful and knowledgeable and often suggest ways that I can save. As an agency that works with multiple companies, I believe that they have much more influence with the insurers than I would have as an individual. Though I've fortunately had little need for claims, I am confident that they will be there when I need them and will help in the best way. I recommend!

Jay, Pam and the receptionist have all always been very friendly and helpful. Jay specifically helped me with an insurance coverage issue. He answered the phone at 4pm on the day before Thanksgiving and resolved the problem in record time. Thank you again.

Jay Krutsch is extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. It's our first time working with an agency for our insurance needs, and I continue to be pleasantly surprised with how quick Jay is to respond to emails, make changes to our documents, and generally provide peace of mind. I have been with Couri Insurance for about 12 years,I recently asked them to send Landmark Credit proof of insurance and they said go to Kave family insurance and ask them,they never called me back.My policy states Couri insurance on the policy.Whats up?????

I was only given all the info after I made the payments. Which ended up costing me an extra $300. Not trust worthy!
