Couldn't give them my business even if I tried! First call I left a VM and it got "missed". I gave them some grace and waited a week or so before calling back. They were very apologetic and were great to walk me through my needs and provided a prompt quote. I let it rest for a couple of weeks and needed to revisit to complete the transaction. I sent an email with no response, called and left a VM that didn't get returned in a timely manner. I called early one morning and was told my agent was very busy with a meeting and if I left him a VM he'd call me in just a few minutes as the meeting was wrapping up.
I waited all day for a call back and never got one. If that's not a sign for what you DON'T want in an insurance agent, I don't know what is. I used to think the Hupy and Abraham Commercials depicting insurance agents negatively was dramatized but evidently not!

Robert and Couri have been very prompt in addressing any of our insurance needs for both business and personal needs.

Our rep did not email me the information needed. I called and left a message- got no return calls. Then I called again and was told he was on vacation. They are not responsive and do not give the information promised. I would not recommend this company.

We do keep very accurate records of our customers, and our prospects and don't have any record of talking with you. If you have a legitimate concern, we ask that you call our office and ask for Kim or Caryn on our management team so we can properly address your concerns.
The agent went out of her way to find me an affordable premium. My only complaint is when I called to ask a question about my car insurance. I did not speak to my agent. The person I spoke with was rude and terse.
I don’t think I can say enough good things about Mike Hanley. He was INCREDIBLE to work with. After some issues with our insurance company, Mike was referred to my husband and I from my Dad. He was soooooo helpful during a stressful situation for us. He was quick to respond and gave me all the facts and all information we needed. We are a very new customer to this insurance agency. After our exceptional positive experience we felt compelled to share this story with other potential future customers. Insurance is a tricky purchase and it's hard to know who to work with sometimes.
We found Couri Agency after a quick search and found a number of well written and informative articles on their website. Based on this we called and end up speaking with Jay. We had been massively let down by our previous insurance company. We had just discovered (at 3:30pm) that our former insurance company had not issued a policy that they had originally promised (and we paid for) four weeks earlier. We only learned this after trying to find out where our policy document was. Couri was the first company we reached out to. Jay could not have done more. He worked late in the day and into the evening to find a replacement policy plus replacements for all our other insurances. He was not the least bit bothered by us not committing that evening to the proposal as we needed time to review and absorb. The next day after we approved moving forward Jay and team swung into action and within 1 1/2 hours we had everything in place. Not only that... but we saved money on our old policies, increased our coverages, and with the savings were able to cover the new policy we needed that the previous insurer had not executed on. That was a great, and unexpected outcome!! Plus now we were now not dealing with a national "don't care" call center, or trying to figure out what on earth happened to the local agency office. Nor did we get a run around with who was doing what to who. Instead as new customer with Couri Agency we were met with committed, fast, efficient service - and saved us money in the process. With professional values such as these I can't see switching to another agency. It also explains why Couri Agency has been so successful in growing their business and their team over many years.
