Secure Insurance Quote Request

Couri insurance has been our agent for over 15 years. They have never attempted to research our current coverage, or get us a better rate. When we decided to go with a different company / route in our insurance needs, they nor our our insurance company did not even reach out and make an attempt as to why we cancelled. If for not that reason alone, I will never utilize Couri Insurance, nor Acuity Insurance again. Our current coverage. which is identical to what we had for many years thru Couri / Acuity, is less than half what we paid for many years.

Our rep did not email me the information needed. I called and left a message- got no return calls. Then I called again and was told he was on vacation. They are not responsive and do not give the information promised. I would not recommend this company.

I've been with Couri Insurance for over 40 years. Every year I review with an agent my current coverage to make sure that I'm getting the best coverage at the best price. The Couri agents are always helpful and knowledgeable and often suggest ways that I can save. As an agency that works with multiple companies, I believe that they have much more influence with the insurers than I would have as an individual. Though I've fortunately had little need for claims, I am confident that they will be there when I need them and will help in the best way. I recommend!

Friendly service when you have Couri Insurance.

Had a billing problem. Quickly resolved.

Service has been fair and price reasonable. Although I just researched that Mr. and Mrs. Couri have contributed over $81,500 to the Scott Walker campaign since February 2005.
